What Happens When I Get Spotted?

👀 You’ve Been Spotted. Now What?

If you’re driving and someone catches your car on Spota, you’ll get a notification like:

📸 “You’ve been spotted by @PhotoKing!”

That’s your cue. A fellow enthusiast just captured a real-life shot or video of your build and submitted it straight to your profile through the Spotted Media System.

From there, you’re in control of what happens next.

📨 Step 1: You Get the Alert

Once a spotter uploads a photo or video of your live car, Spota instantly notifies you.
You’ll see:

  • The spotter’s username
  • A preview of the media
  • The caption or location they added

You can open it right from your notifications tab. No digging needed.

✅ Step 2: You Approve (or Reject)

You decide what makes it onto your car’s profile.
Tap Accept, and it instantly joins your car’s Spots Gallery, credited to the spotter who took it.
Tap Reject, and it disappears quietly.
No hard feelings, no public visibility until you approve.

Every photo or clip you accept strengthens your car’s digital legacy, showing how often it gets noticed, where it’s been seen, and who captured the moment.

🏆 Step 3: Credit Where It’s Due

Spota automatically tags and credits the spotter.
Their username shows under the media, helping photographers and fans build their reputation in the car scene.
It’s a win-win: you get authentic street content, and they earn clout for their shots.

🖼 Step 4: It Lives Forever in Your “Spots” Tab

Every accepted spot becomes part of your car’s story.
Visitors can open your profile and scroll through a gallery of real-world sightings, each one proof that your build turns heads wherever it goes.

This “Spots” tab is where your car’s offline reputation becomes online recognition.

🔒 Step 5: You’re Still in Control

Privacy always comes first:

  • You choose what to publish
  • No one can track your exact route
  • Only city-level location tags are visible
  • You can delete a spot anytime

Your visibility is earned, not exposed.

🎯 Why This Matters

Before Spota, the only way to see your car in motion was to ask a friend with a camera.
Now, the streets do it for you.

Every approved photo is a flex: proof that your build commands attention even when you’re just cruising.

Spota isn’t just a feed of car photos.
It’s a living network of real encounters, powered by the people who love cars as much as you do.

So next time someone spots you?
Don’t just drive off. Open Spota, check the alert, and claim your moment.
Your car’s story just got another chapter.
